USA President Barack Obama won Nobel Peace Prize for the year 2009. It's a very shocking news not only for me but for the most of the world including you even when lot's of person/organization working on world peace they did not even get the chance to select in the list. I don't know what is the criteria of selection for Nobel Prize but from my point of view President Obama is not a right candidate for this award at the current moment even when he has yet to complete full one year in the office.
It's too early to judge him when the closing date of nomination was 1 Feb. He got only 11 Days to prove his candidature for Nobel prize selection and it seems prize committee selection based on only his speeches which he gave during his Presidential bid, not on his work during the actual tenure. Now it becomes very interesting to know what is his thoughts about World Peace/Global Warming /Recession plus more important his course of action to resolve these problems?
From now onwards he is not only the US President but also the Messenger of Peace for the rest of the world.
